Section 1. That the time in which, the 'Paducah e; Illinois
Railroad company is to begin in Sood faith the construction of freight and
passenn:er depots at or near the corner of Third and •.-k%shin-'-ton streets
be extended until scnch time as the officials of tje.Uuited States in
charge of the operation of the railroads of the comatxy may grant er-
mission for the coils tru ction of said depots, or until such time oz said
