B. Crossland is thoroughly familiar with the ordinances and has made a proposition of compiling same and re-editing the notes for the sum of Five hundred (,"500) Dollars; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY ThE BOARD OF COi.i:.'ISSIO1dERS OF TPP CITY OF FADUCi,H, KE`1jT1UC?Y': Section 1. That C. B. Crossland be employed to compile the city ordinances and the Cnarter of second class cities in Kentucky into one book complete, with citation of the decisions of the Court of nppeals portainins� to the respective ordinances, together with a full, complete, and comprehensive index, for the contract price of Five Hundred Dollars, in full of all claims for his services to be rendered. Section 2. It is required that said Crossland shall F:o over all of the ordinances and out out all those that have been repealed b7' ordinance or that may have been declared null and void by'the Court of r_pneals, and that said compilation, :.hen completed, shall show the ordinances in forje and effect at the time same is ready for the printer.. Section 3. That the I.rayor be authorized and directed to execute contract with said Crossland for the performance of the r:ork herein indicated. Section 4.
