i',hEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has this day, in conference, by a
majority vote, deemed it advisable to take the hereinafter action; there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COLZIISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCi.h,
KEN TU C KY
Section 1. That harry Gish be and he is hereby removed from his
position as Sexton of Oak Grove Cemetery; said removal and termination of
said services to take effect from and after the 15th day of I.ovember 1917.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and record.

That Fred English be, and he is hereby appointed to the position of
Sexton of Oak Grove Cemetery, to fill the vacancy caused by the removal of,
Harry Gish; said appointment to commence and be in force from November
16th, 1917.
Section II.
This Resolution to be in effect from and after its passace and record.
