AND SEP,ERS ON BOTH SIDES OF 4,LLDISON STREET FROLi THE GEST CURB LINE OF
SEVENTEENTH STREET, OR FOUiTTralN AVENUE, TO b POINT TVO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY
(280) FEET t,'EST OF NINETEENTH STREET, IN THE CITY OF PHDUCeH, 'KENTUCKY.
UHERE-S, it is deemed a necessity, and desired by the property
owners on both sides of i.:adison street from the West curb line of Seven-
teenth street, or Fountain tvenue, to a point Two Hundred and Eighty (280)
feet West of Nineteenth street, that concrete sidewalks, together with
granite curbs and gutters, and all necessary manholes, intakes, catch
basins and sewers, be constructed thereon-
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CO1.11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCiAH, IENTUCKY:
Section 1. That both sides of I.Iadison street from the West curb line of
Seventeenth street, or Fountain Avenue, to a point Two hundred and Eighty
(280) feet West of Nineteenth street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be
improved by constructing concrete sidewalks, together with granite curbs
and gutters, and all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and severs
thereon, and all to be done at the expense of the abutting property owners,
upon the ten year payment plan- and the City Solicitor is hereby directed
. to bring in an ordinance for the construction thereof.
Section 2. This 12esolution shall take effect five days after its passage,
record and publication.
