Ordinance No.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COLEISSIONERS OF TILE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
That it is hereby made a part of the duties of the City Physician
and assistant City Physician to give first aid attendance and medical
attention, etc. to any employee of the City of Paducah who is injured
while in the performance of his duties or is taken suddenly ill by unusual
exposure or over exertion, without any additional charge being made
against said employee or the City of Paducah.
Be it further resolved that the salaries now received by such
officers cover said services so rendered without further compensation.
This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage.

That it is hereby made a part of the duties of the City Solicitor
and Assistant City 6olicitor to defend any action brought against any
emplgyee of the city on his official bond involving a cause of action
growing out of the performance or attempted performance of his official
duties, without any charge for services against said employee or the
City of Paducah.
BE IT FURTHE_. RESOLVED that t'r_e salaries now paid said officials
cover said additional duties in full, without any additional charge by
them for such services.
This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage.
