Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky:
Sec. 1. That it shill be unlawful for any person or persons
while operating or driving any automobile upon any of the streets,
alleys or public wags of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, to open
the exhaust, or cut-ou.t, on said autorlobile, provided however,
that this shall not apply when such automobile is being tested
in any garage or while being inspected or repaired upon any
-private property in the City: of Paducah, Kentucky.
Sec. 2. Any person violating this ordinance shall be fined
in any sum not less than ?5.00 nor more t;�an Vs'50.00 and each
offense shall be a separate violation thereof.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect fund be in force fro.,.,:
and after its passage.
