Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky:
Sea. 1. That it shall be unlawful for any junk -dealer, secondhand dealer,
or other buyer or buyers or dealers in the city of Paducah, Kentucl-y, to
buy from, trade for, swap for, or receive from any minor, any second-
hand furniture, or parts thereof, or any copper, brass, iron or other
metallic fixtures or substances or parts thereof, or to buy from, accept
or receive from any minor any brass, copper, iron or other metallic
substances vfhatsoever, within the corporate lii.iits of the City of Paducah
Sec. 2. Iny person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance
shall be fined not less than five dollars nor more thc-n fifty dollars,
or imprisonment in the city jail for not less than ten nor i,.iore than
fifty clays, or both so fined and imprisoned within these limits.
,;Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and a-fter its passage.
