A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEIIENT OF PONELL STREET
(SH0WN ON SUS-DIVISIOV RECORDED IN MCCRACKEN COUNTY COURT CLERK'S OFFICI
AS MAGGIE STREET), FROM THE TIPPLE TRACK OF THE ILLINOIS CMITRAL RAIL-
ROAD TO MILL STREET, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY GRADING AND
GRAVELLING SAI.E.
WHEREAS, it is deemed a necessity, and desired by the property
owners, that Powell street from the tipple track of the Illinois Centra:
Railroad to Mill street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved
by grading and gravelling same -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COI-MISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
Sec. 1. That the driveway on Powell street, from the tipple track of
the Illinois Central Railroad to Uill street, in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be improved by grading and gravelling same, at the cost of
the abutting property ovrners, and that the City Solicitor In instructed
to bring in an ordinance for the construction thereof.
Sec. 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, record and publication.

BY GRADING .AND GRAVELLING SASE.
WEEREAS, it is deemed a necessity and desired by the property
owners, that Powell street from Clement street to the tipple track, in
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by grading and gravelling

KENTUCKY:

and gravelling same- at the cost of the abutting property owners -
