Section 1.
That the following named officers and employees of the City of
Paducah shall give bond, with good and approved surety.thereon, to be
approved by the head of the Department in which they are employed, to
the Commonvealth of Lentucky, for the use and benefit of the City of
Paducah, for the faithful performance of their duties, in such sums as
set opposite their names: -
Assistant Chief -of Police .,;2,000.00
ITight Captain of Police ..................... 2,000.00
- Each Paan and Patrol Driver ............ 1,000.E-0
City Solicitor . 2,500.00
Luditor ..................................... 5,000.00
Delinouent Tax Collector .................... 1,000.00

Section 2.
Should any officer or employee of the City of Paducah, who is
renuired to give bond in any other capacity, be given -Police po.ers,
then he shall not be required to give any additional bond.
Section 3.
