THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF I1011ROE STREET TO THE SOUTH CURB LINE
OF CLAY STREET, III THE CITY OF PADUCiH, KEIITUCKY.
11JHEREAS, it is a necessity, and desired by the property
holders on both sides of Fourth street from the North property
line of IJonroe street to the South curb line of Clay street,
that sidewalks, curbs and gutters, of concrete material, to-
gether with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and
servers, be constructed -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CO!2,,!ISSIO1TERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, EETITUCKY:
Sec. 1. That both sides of Fourth street from the North property
line of T.7onroe street to the South curb line of Clay street, in
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by constructing .
concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters, together rite all
necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and servers thereon,
and all to be done at the expense of the abutting property
holders, upon the ten year payment plan- and the City Solicitor
is hereby directed to bring in an ordinance for the construction
thereof.
Sec. 2. This Resolution shall take effect five days after its
passage, record and publication.
