';,IU;REAS, it is a necessity, and desired by the property
holders, that the alley extending from i:onroe street to Madison
street between Sixth and Seventh streets, in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be improved by grading and gravelling same -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COI;UIISSIOITERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, YTI UCh'Y:
Sec. I. That the alley extending from Monroe street to I.Tadison
street between Sixth and Seventh streets, in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be improved by grading and gravelling same, all to be
charged to and assessed against the abutting property holders
along the line of said alley, and the City Solicitor is hereby
instructed to bring in an ordinance providing for said improvement.
Sec. 2. This Resolution shall take effect five days after its
passage, record and publication.
