Sec. 1. That from and after the passalge and record of this ordinance
it shall be unla!ful for any vehicle, drawn by horses, mules, or any
_ other animal, or propelled by motor power of any hind, to stor, or nark
on an portion of Third or i'ourth street from l.entnck7 ;venue to
Jefferson Street, from the center of said streets to the '.Ust curb
line of said streets, e::ccnt -for the purpose --when using s: id streets
for traffic purposes- to permit other vehicles or street cars to pass ,
thereover, and, in no event, shall an velhicle be permitted to stop
or para on either of sr;id. streets, extent for such temporary purposes
as are necessar-; at the time, to hermit vehicles to pass or to avoid
an accident.
pec. 2. any person violating: any of the provssions of this ordinance
shall be fired not less than Ten (,'10.00) Dollars nor more than .Fift7,-
(:,'00.00) Dollars, or imprisoned in the Count;, Jail not less than five
days nor more than thirty days, or both so fined and imprisoned, in
the discretion of the Court or Jury.
Sec. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect rrom and after its passage
and record.
