Section 1. :hat a '_Resolution adopted on January 19, 1914 by the
Oeneral Council of the ;it,,, of Paducah, providing that the salary
of the Police Court stenographer be made Forty (,?`40.00) Dollars
per month, and that it should be optionary with the Judge of the
Paducah Police Court to appoint such stenographer or render such
services himself, and in the event he renders such services the A
Judge of said Paducah Police Qourt shall be paid said Forty
(•,"40.00) Dollars per month -- and a resolution adopted February
16, 1914 by the General Council of the Qity of radnc.li, providing
that the salary of the stenographer of the Paducah Police Court be
fixed at Forty (5;40.00) Dollars per month, and that the appoint-
ment of said stenographer should be made by the Judge of the
Paducah Police Court, be, and the same are, hereby repealed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and record.
