l7HERE.S, there have been employed certain personas by the
City of Paducah to work in connection with the Department of Public
ltiorks of the City of Paducah, by the Board of Commissioners, for
the year 191.1-1,and
':'HERE,>3, it is deemed advisable and to the best interest
of the City to discharge certain of said employees, and to name other
employees to take their places

Sec. 1. That Wes Flo,:!ers be emplo-yed as Street Inspector of the
City of Paducah; that '. D. Thomas be employed as assistant Street
Ir_spector; that Olbert arts be employed as Senior Inspector; that
C. V. . Bell be employed as Clerk to the COLr!missioner of Public•orks;
that Liss Sophia Kirkland be employed as Stenographer to the Com-
missioner of Public 'iiorks; and that Clilliam ?talker be employed as
Chaingang Foreman of the City of Paducah.
Sec. 2. That all employees of the City of Paducah, in connection
vrith the Department of Public i`orks of the City of Paducah -except
those heretofore named by motion or Resolution since the first of
January 1916- be, and the; are hereby discharged.
Sec. .3. :his Resolution shall take effect from and after its
passage and record.
