Section I.
That permit is hereby granted to the Illinois Central Railroad
Corlpany to construct a spur track across Hon -roe Street frors the spur
track adjoining the west side of the property of the Paducah Brer,ery
Company, situatecl. at the corner of Tenth and l'onroe Streetc, to the
property line of the lie ,-1an-Bruton Corinany, ii,.iiediateh; oi:posite the
property of the laducah Brewery Company, in accordance v=ith the blue
print, shoring said proposed track and the present tracks of the said
Illinois Central aailroad oca(-.any, in said locality, filed herewith as
part hereof marled "Z'.
Section II.
Said tracks shall be of the same width as the spur track ad-
joining the property of said Eaducah Brov.ery Company, and shall be
laid according to the present grade of said L:onroe Street, and changed
from time 'to time to con_UrM to the grade of 1.;onrce Street, at any
time same may be changed in the future, at the sole e;:pense of said
Illinois Central Railroad Commany.
Section III.
The said Illinois Oentral Railroad Co?!pang shall maintain the
street between said rails and: tr:o feet on each side thereof, of the
same material said l:onroe .3treet, or any portion thereof, is constructed
wit', at the sole e::pense of said Illinois ventral aailroad. Commany,
and said spur tracl: sl!all only be used for the purpose of sr:itching
loaded and ercpty cars bade and forth from said connecting spur tract: to
and from any tract: on the property of the said Ve,,-man-Bruton Company, and at
no time shall an;; empty or loaded cars be periAtted to obstruct any
