i:EREtS, certain property holders on Third and Fourth streets
between Tennessee and Husbands streets in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
have requested the City to construct sanitary sewers along the line of
their abutting property and connect sane with sanitary seder District
I -lumber One in the City of Paducah, and
WHEREAS, the construction of said sewers and connecting same
with said sanitary District ITo. One is feasible and practical and is
deemed a necessity by the City of Paducah, now, therefore,

SECTION I.
That it is deemed necessary by the Board of Commissioners of
the City of Paducah, Kentucky to lay and construct sanitary sewers in an
alley lying, between Third and Fourth streets in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, from a point 362.2 feet from the South property line of Tenness-
ee Street - thence along said alley for a distance of 995.2 feet, in order
to enable the abutting property along the line of said alley to become
connected with sanitary sewer District No. 1 in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky.

SECTION II.
That the property to be benefitted by and assessed with the
cost of the construction of said serer is described in general terms as
follows, to -wit:
" r11 that property lying between Third and Fourth streets
abutting an alley running between and parallel to said
streets, beginning at a point in said alley 382.2 feet
from the South property line of Tennessee street; thence
along said alley in a Southerly direction 995.2 feet. "
THIS RESOLUTION shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption by a two-thirds vote of the members elect of the
Board of COmnissioners.
