All ORDINAIICE PROHIBITING AUTOMOBILES OR VEHICLES, TRAIFERSING
BROA.D'VAY STREET, TURNING TO THE LEFT INTO THIRD, FOURTH, FIFTH AND SIXTH
STREETS, AND PROHIBITING AUTOMOBILES OR VEHICIiES, TRAV'RSING HIRD,
f FOURTH, FIFTH AND SIXTH STRI-ETS, TURNING TO THE 19FT INTO BROADWAY
STREET, IN 'i'HE CITY OF PeIDUCAH, KEN'T'UCKY.
BE IT ORDAINS BY 'ONE BOARD OF COI,WISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
All automobiles or vehicles, ,chile traversing Broadway Street,
are hereby prohibited from turning to the left into Third, Fourth,
Fifth and Sixth Streets, and all automobiles or vehicles traversing
Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Streets are hereby prohibited from turn-
ing to the left into Broadway Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2, i
All persons, firms, companies or corporations, violating the
provisions of this Ordinance, shall be fined not less than Five 05.00)
Dollars, nor more than Twenty-five (725.00) Dollars for each offense.
S30TION 3.
All ordinances, or parts or ordinances, in conflict with this
ordinance, are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, record and publication.

KENTUCKY, AND F :071DING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF SAM," adopted by
the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, on February I
15th, 1922, be, and the same is hereby amended and re-enacted; and, when
so amended and re-enacted, shall read as follows, to -wit: �
"SECTION 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person or person Is,
owning, controling or operating any automobile, buggy or other vehicle,

to park or leave same standing, At any time, on the South side of Broad-
way Street, between Fourth and Fifth Streets; and it shall be unlawful
for any person or persons, owning, controllin, or operating any automobile,
buggy or other vehicle, to park or leave the same standing on Broadway
Street elsewhere from First to Seventh Streets, on either side of said
Broadway Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for a longer time
than one hour, betxeen ei?hht o'clock A. M. and Six o'clock P. M."

All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, which are in conflict
with this ordinance, are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
S ]CTIOY 3.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage, record and publication.
