SECTION I.
That the Alley in Block 9 Old Town, running from Second Street
to Third Street, between Broadway and Jefferson Street, in the City of
Paducah, yentuchy, be constructed of concrete, or any other improved
paving; material, as may be determined by the Board of Commissioners, as
the best and most economical material for the construction thereof, ar.d
that all necessary manholes, catch basins, intakes and sewer pipe con-
nections be made, all of which is to be paid for by the abutting property
owners upon the Ten Year Payment Plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance in
accordance with this Resolution for the construction thereof.
SECT IOJA 3.
This Resolution shall take effect and be in force ten (10) days
after its. passage record and publication.
