PADUCAH, XSNTUCXY:
SECTION 1.
That the bid of the Southern Roads Company, which was sub-
mitted to the Board of Commissioners of laducah, Yentucky, on June 1,
1923, for the construction of the driveway on Seventeenth Street, or
Fountain Avenue, from the north property line of BroaA ay Street to
the South property line of Jefferson Street, be accepted as the lowest
and best bid , and the contract for the construction of said driveway is
hereby awarded to the Southern ?toads Company.
SECTION 2.
Said bid is accepted and the cor:tract awarded accordinn to
the Contract, Information for Bidders, Specifications and flans accom-
panying and made a part of said bid, and said contract is awarded pur-
suant to all ordinancoo, resolutions and motions adopted and passed
Ordinances
pertaining to the construction of said imrrovement.
SEOCTION 3.
This Ordinance ^hall take e'fect and be in force 10 days from and
after its passa
ge, record and publication.
