That the bid of Yancy & Johnson, %vhich was submitted to the Board of Commissioners of Paducah, Kentucky, on June 1, 1923, for the construe - tion of the driveway on Tenth Street from the I?orth property line of Jefferson Street to •t -be South property line of ITadison Street, be occepted as the\:10^rest land best bid, and the contract for the construction of said driveway is hereby awarded to Yancy &,- Johnson. SCT IOId 2. Said bid is accepted and the contract awarded according to the Contract, Information for bidders, Specifications and Plans accompanying and made a part of said bid, and said contract is awarded pursuant to all ordinances, resolutions and motions adopted and passed pertaining to the i construction of said improvement. I' That the bid of Yancy & Johnson, which was submitted to the Board of Commissioners of Paducah, Kentucky, on June 1, 1923, for the construction of the dr ive;m - on Mroe Street from the ;Vest Property line of Eighth Street to the East property line of Ninth Street, be accepted as the lowest and best bid, and the contract for the construct- ion of said driveway is hereby awarded to said Yancy & Johnson. SEC TION 2. i Said bid is accepted and the contract awarded accordinn to the Contract, Information for Bidders, Specifications end Plans accom- panying and made a part of said bid, and said contract is awarded pursu- ant to all ordinances, resolutions and motions adopted and passed per- taining to the construction of said improvement.
