The following fees shall be charged for the issuance of per- mits for installation of plumbing and for the inspection thereof: �i ,Then fixtures are to be installed, -Two (:2.00) Dollars for the first fixtures and Twenty -Five (.25V) Cents for each additional fixture. 'men no fixtures are to be installed, -Two (:2.00) Dollars. i When additional inspections are made necessary by incomplete or faulty work, -One ($1.00) Dollar for each such additional inspection. A fixture shall mean a water closet, bath tub, lavatory, urinal, sink, drain or other inlet into the sewer system, dry well, septic tank or other disposal structure, or in any other manner. SECTION 2. Payment of these fees shall be made to the CommL ssioner of Public Finance, or to the City Treasurer, according to a written state. Upon exhibition of a receipt for this payment from the Commissioner of Public Finance or City' Treasurer the permit shall be issued and proper inspection made. SECT IOP? 3. No payments for plumbing inspection shall be made to any one other than the Commissioner of Public Finance or City Treasurer. SECTION 4. Any person, firm, company or corporation, violating any of the pro- visions of this Ordinance, shall be fined not less than $15.00, nor more than $50.00. SECTION 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECT ION 6.
