Whereas Earl Palmer has requested V e General Council to grant him Parmisslon to construct a concrete curb and gutter on both sides of an alley running from Broadway to Jefferson Street, between Twelfth and Thirteenth.in Paducah, Kentucky,for the depth of property of said Earl Palmer from jeffer— son street to the cross e.11ey rum ibg from Twelfth to Thirteenth street between Broadway and Jefferson streets, and, whereas, it appears to the General Council that said Earl Palmer- is the owner of property abutting or one side of said alley between the points above h . I i mentioned, and that said Earl Palmer has agrees to pay for the entire, cost of the construction of said concrete curb and gutter on both sides of said alley as abovd set out, now, therefore, Be it resolved that by virtue section 3093 of the Kentucky Statuteg, per- mission is hereby grahted to said Earl Palmer to construct concrete curb and gutters on both sides of t: ­.e sz.^.d above mentihoned for the depth of said property above mentioned, under the follodng conditions' First; That all of said v..Vrk shall be done under the supervision of and sub— ject to the entire control and direction of the Board of Public Works, and in accordance with the plans and specifications adopted therefor bY_the Board of Public Works. Second; That the entire cost of such work shall be paid for by the said Earl Palmer and ander no condition shall the City of Paducah be liable for any pabt of ti the cost thereof - Third; That said work shall. be done within such time as may be prescribed by the Board of Public Works, and subject to their approval and acceptances Approved; Approved'. ­.,,.Ed Da Hannan• A.
