I an 7- lfsfl Sec. 1. Any perbon who shall mutilate, defe.Ce, or otherv:ise,
I, Amd_�95.8 injure, any tomb stone, monument, vault, vase, inclusure, furniture,
fli ornament, building, or structure of any description, tree,- s�irub,
flower, (wild or cultivated), or who, without permission obtain from

it additions thereto, shall erect, build, Plant, cut, or remove any

tomb stone, monument, vault, vase, inclusure, furniture, ornament,
tree, plant, shrub, building, or other structure, or interfere
with any grave, in said cemetery s;iall be fined not less titan tvrenty�p
+ five dollars nor more than One hundred dollars for eac;1 offr;nse.

"r Sec, 2. Al persons are prohibited from entering or leaving
said cemetery f,rounds, except through the gate provided fcr such
purpose.
Sec. . No person shall Climb any tree, lie dovvn, or sit upon

any grave, or walk way

any louts and angry discussion, nor
use anyvprofane language, within
said cemetery. Any pg son who shall disturb the

Sec, 4. It shall be unlawful to
drive or ride faster than a walk or to
leave

or misiles, without special permission of sexton

Any person who shall violate any provision in section two,

three and four of t is ordinance, shall be fined rot less than five dollars,
nor more then fifty dollars,; and e71 fines imposed by this ordinance shall
be recovered as other fines in police courtofthe: City of Paducah.
Sec, 6. Children shall not be admitted to said cemetery, or to any addition
or additions thereto, unless ecoo_-ipanied. by their parents, or other person or
pe rsonshaving them specially in charge,

Sec, 7, No person or pe rsons with fire arms, or accompanied by dogs, shall

enter said cemetery, or any addition or additions thereto,

Sec, S. No automobile, or other motor vehicle of any kind or description,

shall be admitted to said cemetery or to any addition or additions thereto,

unless rhe owner or omners thereof', conform to a speed limit of 4 miles per ;:our.
