any additions therto, shall require and demand all unciartakers,

presentation of such certificate, on hi; fRilure so to do, the under—
taker, or other persons may proceed to remove t-.-ie corpse for burial

h Committee at the first regular meeting of the General Council thereafter, ;nd the

Sec, 10. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordi-
nance, are rereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect from and after its
rhassa�I, approval and publication.
Sec. 11. Any person violating, any prov:i::ion of this ordinance shall be fined not
loss then a0,0•C nor more than $50,00 for each offense.
