NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordain-
ed by the General Council of the City
of Paducah, Kentucs,':
Sec. L 'Chat all the property on
both sides of Caldwell Street from
Fourth Street to Fit!!' Street to the
city of Paducah, lientucky, be, and
the same is !hereby 3saessed the sum
of 0.77 centu Per front foot, for the
cost of constrnctimh of said street by.
grading of same and placing thereon
crushed stone.
Sec. 2. That all of the funds derived
from the assc:smcnt of said property
shall be used for the purpose of pay -
Ing off the e.pecial tax bills issued
against said property, or such bonds
as may be issued b5' the city of Pa-'
ducah, pursuant to Section 3101 of the-
e, Kentucky Statutes.
Sec. 3.—That pursuant to Section
3101 of the Iientuclty Statutes, as
amended and re-enacted by an act of
!I the General Assembly of the Com-
monwealth of Kentucky, in 1910, en-
titled. "An Act to amend and re -en- -
act Sections 3094, 3095, 3096, 3097,
3098, 3099, 3100, 3101, 3102, of the
Kentucky Statutes, relating to the.

payment of the cost of improvement
of said sidewalks, curbs, and gutters

Now, therefore, be It ordained by
the General Council of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky:
Sec. 1. That all the Property on
both sides of Buckman street from
Eighth street to Tonth street. in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, be and
the same is, hereby assessed the sum'
of 90 cents per front foot for the por-
tion of said street that is 40 feet
In width, and e6 cents per front foot,
for the portion of said street that is
28 feet In width, on each side thereof
for the cost of construction of said
street by grading and graveling same.
'Sec. 2. That all of the funds de-
rived from the assessment of said
property shall be used for the pur-
pose of paying off the special tax bills
issued against said property, or such
bonds as may be issued by the City
of Paducah, pursuant to Section 3101,
of the Kentucky Statutes.
Sec. 3. That pursuant to Section',
