SECTION 6 -For a failure on the part of the City Jailer to comply with this Ordinance, or an- na,t raroof, he shall be fined not less than Five Dollars nor more than TWENTY -five Dollars for each offense, and eac;: violation hereof shall be a separate and distinct offense, SEC -ION 7 -This Ordinance shall take effect from its Prssage, approval and publi-r cation and all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith in so far as same conflict herewith are hereby repealed.. - E Approved: Adopted: Approved: Approved: A.
