Whereas , a strip of ground thirty feet aide, lending from Bridge street along the
right- of- way of the illinois central railroa d conpa.ny, to Owen street, was hereto
fore,to-wit: On the 20th day of June, 1902, by deed from 1:4ary', G. Palmer,execu-
trix, and Brack. Owens,executor, respectively, of E. Palmer, deceased, dedicated for
street purposes, as shovm by deed of record in deed book, 68. page SI, mcCrackencounty
court clerk office; and,
Vihereas, a strip of *round thirty feet in width along said illinois contrail railroad
companys right- of- vray, from Ovren street to Palmer street, has heretofore, to- wit;
On the 16th day of July, 1910, been dedicated to the public,as and for a street, as
shown by deed from John. -Herzog to the Mutual Wheal Company, of record in deed book
86, page 419, in said clerks office;
BE IT PFSOLUPD BY THE Oi:,IERAL COU14CIL OF TIM CITY OF PADUCAH KMITUCRY.
That said dedications, which make a street thirty feet wide from Bridge street to
Palmer street, and to the property recently conveyed by John. Herzog, to the Paducah
Board of Trade, as shout by deed of record in deed book Io4", page 467, in said clerks,
wherein astrip of ground thirty feet in width lying alone; said illinois central railro
companys right " of- way is also dedicated f:'r streetpurposes, be and they are hereby
accepted, for the use and benifit of the traveling public , and the adjacent, prop-
erty owners.
