Sec. I. That it shall be unlavrful for any one to skate on rollers on any of the im,

proved streets, e;;cluseve of tl;e sidewalks, in the city of pchtech, kentucky.
Sec. 2. Any one violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be sub
ject to a fine of not less than x,00, nor more than 010.00. for each offense.
Sec.3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and aft.,et
its Paosare, approval and publication.

RESOLVED that the salary of the stenographer of the paducah police court be made
rorty (040.00.) dollars per month, and that the appointment of said stenographer shall,

Be it ordained by the general council of the city of paducah, ky:
SEC. I. That an ordinance, entitled, "an or creating the office of deputy
city clerk, firing his term of office and compensation and prescribing his duties,
approved march 20th, 1912. be and the same is herebj amended b*4,)stricking out sectio
3. thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the following ,to-vritt:
SEC. 3- The deputy city clerk shall recieve as compensation for his services a sLi
ary of00.00. Per annum, payablfJ in monthly installments by the treasurer of the
city of paducah.
SEC. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passag-.0
