Whereas the general council of the city of paduc:=�h, ky, hasheretofore,
to -wit; on the I,6th day of June' 19139 adopted an ordinanco entitled, "an
ordinance providing for the construction of c,n alloy leading, frons burnett strt
to Flournoy street, between 12th and 13th stre0t in the city of Paducah, ky,
by grM Bing and gravelling some", end;
IV.hereas in accordance with said ordinance it is providoO. that'.;.the
cost of construction of said alley shall be paid for by the abutting property,
owners on both sides thereof , except thn.t portion to be paid by the city of
Paducah, as required by lair, and ;
