JAILER OF THE CITY OF PADUCAil? KENTUCKY? SND PROVIDING FOR ITIS COMPENSATION; TERIr
OF OFFICE, BAND AND DUTIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY T iE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH-' KENTUCKY.
SECTION 1 -That the City Jailer of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby
empowered to appoint one Deputy City Jailer at the City Jail.
SECTION 2 -He shall receive as full compensation for his services, the sum of
Nine Hundred (n900.00) Dollars per annum, payable in monthly installments out of
toe City Treasury as other salaries are paid.
SECTION 3 -He shall execute bond in the sum of One Thou and Dollars. for the
faithful performance of his duties as Deputy Citv Jailer before entering upon ti:e
discharge of his duties.
SECTION 4 -de shall serve at the will of the City Jailer, but not beyond the
(term of the City Jailer.
