PROPERTY LINE OF FARLEY PLACE, IN THE CITY OF PADUCA�=I' KENTUCKY - PROPERTY F�;ENTUCKX, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAD lace SECTION 1 -That the alley extending from Meyers street to Farley p between Clements street and Farley Place, from a poi n 'c where e same intersect s the West property line of Meyers street to a poirt where same intersects the East property line of Farley Place, in the City of Paducah, Kentuca.y9 be, and the same is hereby ordered to be originally constructed of good cement gravel, suitable in all respects for such original construction; all to be done i_: strict accordance with the plans, grades, specifications, widths and profiles of the City Engineer, made and provided by him for such purpose, all Of which are adopted as a part of this Ordinance as fully as if embraced herein or attached hereto and made a part hereof, and are marked "A" for more specific identification. SECTION 2 -That said work shall be constructed under the direction of the Board of Public Works and the supervision of the City Engineer, and shall be -commenced at a time designated by contract for the performance of said work, and completed on or before Six months after the pms&age, ap- proval and publication of this Ordinance. SND PROVIDING FOR ITIS COMPENSATION; TERIr OF OFFICE, BAND AND DUTIES. BE IT ORDAINED BY T iE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH-' KENTUCKY. SECTION 1 -That the City Jailer of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby empowered to appoint one Deputy City Jailer at the City Jail. SECTION 2 -He shall receive as full compensation for his services, the sum of Nine Hundred (n900.00) Dollars per annum, payable in monthly installments out of toe City Treasury as other salaries are paid. SECTION 3 -He shall execute bond in the sum of One Thou and Dollars. for the faithful performance of his duties as Deputy Citv Jailer before entering upon ti:e discharge of his duties.
