TAX WITH' YTHE PURPOSES OIC' THE SAID.LEVY TI-IFREU14DER DEFINED. 130 it ordained by the General Council of the City or Paducah, Kentucky: I Soc.I.That there is hereby levied for the yer3-r of 1909,,up9n, the, taxabl p property in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, ret�l.anC_personal, anc_ advalorem tax of one dollar o.nci fifty cents (xI.50), pursuant to Section I57 of the State Constitution, and thirty-five cents (35A, pursuant to Section 32Ig of the Kentucky Sto.tutes, making one dollar and eighty-five cents (."T.5,) on,eachone, hundred (nI00.00) dollar's worth of seid real and personal property in. the, City of Paducah, Kentucky; and there is also levied a poll tax 0f one dollar n'.,ad fifty cents (;`I.50) on each male resident of the City over twenty-one (2I) ypers of age, for the sc.icl year of %909. Sec.2.
