AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE LEVY OR RATE OF TAXATION ON PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF

Soc.I.That there is hereby levied for the yer3-r of 1909,,up9n, the, taxabl p property in
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, ret�l.anC_personal, anc_ advalorem tax of one dollar
o.nci fifty cents (xI.50), pursuant to Section I57 of the State Constitution, and
thirty-five cents (35A, pursuant to Section 32Ig of the Kentucky Sto.tutes, making
one dollar and eighty-five cents (."T.5,) on,eachone, hundred (nI00.00) dollar's worth
of seid real and personal property in. the, City of Paducah, Kentucky; and there is also
levied a poll tax 0f one dollar n'.,ad fifty cents (;`I.50) on each male resident of the
City over twenty-one (2I) ypers of age, for the sc.icl year of %909.
Sec.2. That the rate of taxation from en.c}t item of expenditure, as herptofore apport-
ior_ec1 an(, set nut by ordim,nee, shall be on each one hundred, (xI00.00) dellar's worth
of said property, vs follows, to -wit: -
