Tie it ordained by,the genoral Council of the -City of Padveah, kentucky.
Sec. 1. The Hord of Health of the Cit},r of i'aducr.h, Kentucky shall have
full power andauthority to condem ar-)y anra all buildings or premises in said Oity,
that, are in an unsanitary condition, and when so co.id.emod ,notice thereof shall be
given to the owneror nPnant by posting a plase•„rd or nftice on such premices;e,nrl it
sh,ll be unlavrful for any person to tear clown or remove such placard or notice .,_.

Sec. 2. All buildings residences or premises in the City of Paducah,
Kentuck '.thkt are vacent or that have been condemeC as unsanitary by the i3or, of
Iealth of said City shall be put in a :unitary conriition in accorciiance with the ;•-
rules and regulations prescribed by t so -id 13ord of ;'eeith; and before any Ml ildinF
residence or premises vacent or condemned as aforesaid shall. be rented Teased
or occupied by any person or persons, same shall be inspected by the Health Officer
of said City, and a permit authorizeing the occupancy or use of same shall be ob-
tained from said health Officer.
Sec. j. Anir owner or the a1;ez t of any owner , or any 'tenant or lessee
who shall rent, lease or occupy any premises referrecl to in Section 2 hereof, with-
out first obtaininL a sanitary permit as provi(ieci in Section 2, or who shall violate
any of the other provisions of this ordinance shall be guilt- of a mistdemeanor
and shall be subject to a fine of not less than five (,,5.00) dollars nor more than
fifteen (�15.00)dollars for each offence.
Cec. 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinr-.nces , so far as they conflict
