Be it ordained bythe Oenere,l Council of the City of Paducah, Kentucky;

Gec.l. Any person that shall engage in the buisness profession of practice
of fortunetelling, clairvoyaneir, mind reading, or a similar occupation, in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, shall first seciue a license so to do by applicat—
ion at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
Sec. 2. P,efore any, license shall be granted hereunder, the applicant shall fil
irrith satld clerk a statenent under or,th, shovring the true name Nand address of
applicant,sthe;dharacter of practice propsosecl to be carried on -by him, and
,the place or ,office at ivhich said buisness will be conducted.

"ec. S. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance
shall be guilty of a misdemea it and subject to a fine of not less than
Twenty Dollars nor more than Fifty. Dollars for eae,i offense. ,^•"nd each clay of t
