Section 3. it shall be unlaw ul for any person; firmorporsicn to se�l.a•, or
offer for sale, in the City of Paducah any butter milk or sour milk in Jugs,
or any. open container.
sec. 4. All vehicles used for hauling or distributing sweet milk or cream,
or butter milk or sour milk, must be covered, and same must be kept in a
sanitary condition, and said wagon shall not be used for hauling slop or
anything, else of an unsanitary character.
See. 5. I+ shall be unlaarfuk for any person, firm or corporation dealing in
meats or engaged in the business of a butcher in the City of Paducal
Ken-
tucky, to offer for sale, or to have on hand in his, their or its place
of business any meats from diseased anima,la, or any decayed mems, or an T meaY
of arty unwholesome character, All such meats shall, be condemned, immediately
confiscated, and removed to a suitable place, and then lihd there coaj_oiled.
Sec. 6. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions
