FIXING THE RATES FOR THE USF, OF S;iIF IN T1IF CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.
Be it ordained by the Beneral Council of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
Sec. 1. It shall be the duty of all persons who desire the use of the receiveing I
vault at Oak Grove Cemetery' to obtain a permit therefor' from the Sexton or keeper �
of said cemetery' and the following prices shall be charged for the use of sameltowit'

For the first month "5.00; for the second month '4.00; for the third month 3.001,
for the fourth' fifth and sixth months'` 2.00 per month; payable in advance.

Said vault shall not be let for use for a longer period than six months, and
occupancy thereof shall be discontinued at the end of such period.
Sec. 2. The sexton or keeper of sai cemetery shall make monthly reports to the
General Council, showing- each permit granted for the use of saidvault, and the time
occupancy thereof is desired, and the amounts received from the renting thereof) and

such other information as may be required by the Genaral Council.
Sec. 3. This ordinance• shall take effect and be inforce from and after its passage
approval and publication.
