Be it ordained by the General Council of the City of PaducPjh, Kentucky:
Sec. 1- It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm or corporation,
in any manner to destroy, injure or deface any of the public buildings,
furniture, vehicles, monuments, or other public property in the City'of
Paducah, Kentucky.
Sec. 2. Any person, persond, firm or corporation, that shall violate any of
the provisions of this ordinance, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and sub-
Jett to a fine therefor of not less than Ten Dollars nor more than Fifty
Dollars for each and every offense, and in order to encourage the enforce-
ment of this ordinance, it is ordered that the informant shall, in the event '
of a cdnviction hereunder, be paid one-half of the fine that may be collectdd,
Sec. $. This ordinance shall take effect and be inforce from and after 'its
Passage, approval and publication.

Be it resolved by the General Council of the City of Paducah, KY•, that
the improvement of Guthrie•Avenue from ]Rayfield Road to jacks 'n atreet or
!Nineteenth street in the City of Prulucah, Ky., by concrete sidewalks t
gutters to -gather with lks and
granite curbing in hereby declare(,to be a necessity
and all ordinance providing therefore be introduced
in the General Council.
