See. I. In the sale of coal, charcoal and coke in the

Sec. 2. Every person, firm, company or corporation' engaged in the

business of selling coal, charcoal or coke, to be delivere
of Paducah, Kentucky, to any person, firm, company or corporation not
!engegedin the business of selling coal, charcoal or coke, shall pro-
vide the driver of the wagon or conveyance upon which said coal, char-
coal or coke is loaded or hauled, with a delivery ticket bearing the
name of the person, fi-rm, company or corporation selling such fuel, and
s shoving the true net weight of the fuel, and the name and address of
;the person, firm, company or ocrporation to which said fuel is to be de—
;livered:l:•and said.delivery ticket -shall be delivered by the driver in
charge of the wagon or conveyance, to the person, firm, company o.-
corporation,
rcorporation, or his agent or represenative at the time and place of the
delivery of such fuel. Provided however, peddlers of coal, operating
a regularly licensed coal peddler's wagon in tiie city of Paducah, Kentucky
shall not be required to deliver said delivery ticket above described,
at each sale of coal.
Sec. 3. Every driver or other person having in charge a wagon or
conveyance in which either of the commodities mentioned in Section 2. of

this ordinance is being hauled, for delivery as aforesaid, shall at all
'times during said hauling have in his possession the delivery.ticket
,mentioned in said Section 2 hereof and shall deliver said ticket to the
purchaser, his agent or represenative at the -time of the delivery of
the fuel.
Sec. 4. Every person in charge of a wagon or conveyance used in
delivering coal, charcoF.l or coke, shall, on demand of any police officer
of said City of Paducah, Kentucky, or the

however, that if, the seller or the driver of the wagon or conveyance or person

in charge thereof, requests the privilege of re—weighing said fuel on smother

delivery ticket, as provided in Sections 2 and 3 of this ordinance; or who shall fail
to deliver by the person in charge of such wagon or conveyance to the purchaser,
