NHEREAS, the General Council of the city of PaDucah, Kentucky,
has heretofore, to wit;® On the 16th day or May, 1910, adopted an
ordinance, entitled, "An ordinance providing for the con,truction
of concrete sidewalks and gutters, together with granite curbing
and -together with a:_l neccessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and
sewers on both sides of Clements Street from Pleyers Street to Bridge
Street; on Ashbrook Avenue from Yeiser Avenue to Sowell Avenue; -on

Ashbrook Avenue from Sowell Avenue to Bridge Street; on Hays Avenue

WHIMEAS7 said con�ract has been completed in all respects, and the work
thereof finished, and inspected by the Board of Public works of the city of
Paducah, Kentucky, on August, 1st, 1911, and the acceptance thereof duly and
regularly recommended by the Board of Public works of said City to the General
Council of said City, and such recommendation of the Board of Public works has
been concurred in and the vrork accepted by the General Council of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, on August 7th, 1911; now, therefore,

See. 2. That all of the funds derived iron the assessments of said property
aforesaid, shall be used for the purpose of pyying off the special tax bills
issued against said property, or such bonds as may be issued by the Cite o"' Paducah

Sec.3® That pursuant to Section 3101 of the Kentucky Statutes, as anended
