Be it ordained by the General Council of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
Sec. 1. That erheras, the General Council of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, has
heretofore, on the 21st ds.y of October, `11,09, duly and regulo.rly adopted an ordinanci
