Be it ordained by the General Council of the City Of Paducah, Ky, Seo I. That Seo. •, of ordinance number 29, In the revised ordinances of tits City of Paducah, Ky. adopted May 20" 1896 under the head of "Licensee" be and the same is hereby amended and re-onaeted, so as to read as followat- *All licenses granted on and after may 1" 1902, and prior to December 311° 1902, nhall expire on the 311 day of Pecember 1902, and shall be only for the time intervening between the date of the iesual of such license and December 31" 1902, and the person procuring same nhall pay therefor only for the time intervening= at the annual rate herein fixed, And all licenses issued after December 31" 1902 shall expire on the 301 day of June and the 31" day of Docember of each year, and no license shall be i:suedat any time to extend beyond the 31" day of December of any ,ear. And the applicant therefor shall only be required to pay from the 1" day of the month in which he or they apply for any license to the 30" day of June or the 31" day of December following, as the came may be, And all liesnse shall be regulated for 6 and I/ 12 months an are new regulated in the original ordinance number 29� and shall be at the same prices.
