Be it ordained by. the Common' Council of the city of Paducah, 4y,- I
3EC,- 1,- That 0611 wagon* beds used to covey gravel or other substance
r- which Is sold to the' „city of Paducah by the cubic yard for the repair.oS
Streets, alleys.or other public thoroughfares or grounds shall be of the
dimensions',uhd measurements hereinafter stated.-

wagons delivering gravel or other, material to the city shall have the

BEC,- 6,- ljiat no one shall be permitted haul an¢ gravel or other
material,,vhich 0 sold to the city by the cubic yard, upon the Streets,
alleys or other public places unless the wagon beds used in such hauling
shall be of the dimensions and in all other ways conform to the require-
ments of this ordinance,- Any person so violating shall be fined In any
amount not less than 1,- nor more than Y8,- for each offense,and each
load so hauled $hall be a separate and distinct offense.-
