Be it,ordained by the Common Council of the city of Paducah, Ky.- ry
SEC, -10- That Tenth atrc:et be improved by grading and graveling same
from Terrell'a line to the city limits of the city of Paducah in accord
witl the profile,plans and specifications of the City Engincor and in

harmony with the ordinancce of the city of Paducah governing street
improvements,in ao far as such ordinances do not conflict Yrith thg'at Lid

sive cost of the ocmers of ground fronting on or abutting Tenth street,

being responsible for no part of the cost thereof except at the intersec-'
