',*AA ORDINANCE ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF A PUBLIC
ALLEY BETWEEN 10th END 11TH STREETS, BY GRADING AND GRAVELING SAME, FROM
MUG TO TENNESSEE STREET.•

Be It ordained by the Common Council of the City of Paducah.-

Sec.l- That the public alley between Tenth and Eleventh Streets be
Improved by grading and graveling same from Ohio Street to Tennessee Street--
r in accordance with the provisions of the ordinances of the City of
Paducah, governing such Improvements and in harmony with the profile of
the City Engineer.
Seo.2- That said grading and graveling shall be done at the exclusive
Cost of the owners of ground, abutting such public alley, between Ohio
Street and Tennessee Street, the C,.ty of Paduch, to be liable for no part
Of the cost of such Improvement, except at the intersections of Streets 1
and public alleys.
The said inproveant to be completed by the let day of June, 1000.
Sea. -3 That this ordinance shall take effect from and after, its
passage and approval.
