OR DEVICE IN OR ABOUT PLACES OF BUSINESS AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES THEREUNDER.• Be it Ordained by the Common Council of the City of Paducah, Ky, kSeo. 1— That it shall be unlawful for any firm or person to exhibit In front of, on, or in any building, In the City of Paducah occupied by such firm or person, as a place of business any Pawn -broker's sign, emblem Orddevice; unless said firm or person are regularly licensed Pawn -brokers and are conducting such business.
