]WEMS. OR DEVICE IN OR ABOUT PLACES OF BUSINESS AND PRESCRIBING
PENALTIES THEREUNDER.•
Be it Ordained by the Common Council of the City of Paducah, Ky,
kSeo. 1— That it shall be unlawful for any firm or person to exhibit
In front of, on, or in any building, In the City of Paducah occupied by
such firm or person, as a place of business any Pawn -broker's sign, emblem
Orddevice; unless said firm or person are regularly licensed Pawn -brokers
and are conducting such business.
Seo,2- That it shall be the duty of any firm or person, who may retire
from the occupation or business of Pawn -broker to immediately remove
"j,P_r,7 sign, emblem or device, indicative of conducting such occupation or
usiness from on, in or about their place of business, as soon as the
Aoense to conduct same shall expire,
Seo,S- That each days violation of the provissions of section 1 & 2

of this ordinance shall constitute a seperate offense, and the party no
violating shall be fined in any sum not lose than $5,00 nor more than $10.6d
for each pffense.
