Home My WebLink About2002-8-6571358 ORDINANCE NO. 2002-8- 4.5-7/ AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PADUCAH AREA TRANSIT SYSTEM FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SERVICES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with Paducah Area Transit System in the amount of $175,000.00 for public transportation services for the Paducah/McCracken area. This contract shall expire June 30, 2003. SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to PATS account. SECTION 3.
