Commissioner's Proceedings, City o£Paducah Augaet_30th t9i 6 .
At a regular meeting of the Board of Oommiaeloners, held in the Council
Ohamber in the OSty Hall in the OSty of Paduoah, Nentuaky, August 30th, 1916,
upon Gall of the roll the following answered their names: Burns, Huellp,
Marton, Wallaoe and Washington - 6.
On motion the minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read,
upon Gall of the roll by the following vote: Yeas, Burns, Hasslkp, Marton,
Valises and Washington - 6.
On motion by Member Barns, that bids in regard to lot at 12th a Caldwell
St. be referred to the Commissioner of Publia Property, oarriai upon Gall of the
roll by the following Tote: Yeas, Bufne, Haselip, Marton, Wallaoe and Washington .6
On motion by the above,thst rules be suspended to require copies of
ordinanose to be furnished three days prior to the meeting with respeot to Merit
Ordlnenoe, oarried upon oall of the rail by the following vote: Yeas, Barns,
Martod and Washington - 3. -Bay:. Haselip and Wallaoe - 2.

On motion by Member Washington, the pay roll of the Street Dept./ending
Saturday August 28th, 1916, not oovered by ordinanoe, but paid by Gash order,
amounting to $169.00, was reaslved and filed upon *all of the roll by the following

Dora Rose, same oarried and deed ordered granted, upon Gall of the roll by the
