Bradshaw, and same being s necessity, I move that an Ordinance be brought in for
said improvements, carried upon call of the roll by the following vote: Yeas,
Burns, Haselip, Marton. Wallace and Washington - 6.
On motion by Mayor Haselip, a memorandum from Bernhard Soholle 6 Company
of New York Oity, relative to notes four in number - amounting to #26,000 . each,
at 6% interest, be received and filed, carried upon call of the roll by the following
' vote: Yeas, Burns, Haselip, Marton, Wallace and Washington, 6.
On motion by Member Washington, that the Pidellty A Deposit Co. be released
� + from all future liability of Albert Arts, as Mr. Arts has gone out of the plumbing

On motion by Mayor Haselip, that the Paducah lister 0o. be. requested to ls$
,c c water mains on South Twelfth street between Ohio and Jones, with five water plugs.
