We, the undoraignnd, J. T. Reddiok, President of the Board
of Education, and Ina Rollaton, 3corot�ry, do hereby certify that
the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Education
of the City of Padnoah, Xentuoky, at a meeting of said Board hold in
said City of Paducah on the second day of March, 1921, and same is
hereby certified to the Board of Oommiscionere of said City for the
attention of such Commissioners, as the Saw directs.

At a Called sleeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in the Commissioners'

Chamber in the City Hall, Faduaah, Kontucky, on March 19th, 1921, at 10 o'clock A. Y.
Upon call of the roll the following answered to their names; Commissioners Eaton, Baker,!
Tully, Williams and Mayor Kattorjohn,-6.
Mayor Katterjohn stated reasons for call to -wit: To Allow Fay Roll for the
first half of lnroh, and any other baainess that may some before the Board.
Commissioner Tully offered the following motion: I move that the accounts for
the first half of the month of Y.aroh, om oanting to 60197.47, as per the report of the

CommissionerofFinance filed herewith, be allowed and ordered paid and the money appro-i
priated frim tl,o General Fund to pay same.Adopted upon call of the roll by the follow
ing vote: Yoas,Eaton, Eol;or. Tully, Williams and Yatterjohn,-6.
Commissionor Tully offered the following motion: I move that the Commissioner
of Finance be authorized and instructed to pay off, take up and cancel street improvo-
al bonds and coupons, amounting to 660.26 in the City Rational Dank, -Adopted upon call of
the roll by the following vote: Yons, Eaton, Baker, Tully, Williams and Patter John, -6.
