On motion of Commissioner Eaton the minutes of the previous meeting were
adopted as rend upon call of the roll by the following vote: Yens, Eaton, Williams and

Mayor Katterjohn offered the following motlou: I move that the Communication
from the Paducah Railway Company be received and filed one spread on the minutes.

This will advise that the corporation known as the Pnduonh Traction
Commny has been dissolved and ceased to do business as of September 30th,
1919. Its property was acquired by the Paducah Railway Company, Incorpo-
rated, under the laws of Kentucky.

from Paducah Traction Company and the Paducah Light & Power Company by its Assistant
Treneurer, be received and filed and spread on the minutes. Adopted upon call of the
roll by the following vote: Yens, Eaton, Williams and Katterjohn,-3.

dleeolution of said We were requested by Messrs. Hummel Bros., to notify the
companies. City In writing that the Paducah Traction Company and the Paducah
Light & Power Company had oeased to exist and that the property had
been taken over by the Paducah Railway Co. and the Paducah Electric
Company respectively. Copies of this notice inadvertently left our
office yesterday not accompanied by letter of explanation. We trust
you will forward them thru the neoesaary channels so that the records
in the city office may be complete as to the dissolution of the two
named companies.

Commissioner Tully offered the following motion; I move that the Commissioner
